Also still waiting: For someone to find the language in the constitution that allows the government to establish an "environmental protection agency" and rob us to pay for it.

Since it has no legitimate function, it naturally latches on to the "second-hand-smoke" fraud.....

I dont know about you but I would take second hand smoke over living next to a public sewage treament plant!! Or following a school bus. jdn
