Clapper, I burned a lot of calories at this altitude! However, the altitude also accentuated how much more I need to lose! Going at it big time starting tomorrow. You are a continuing inspiration - keep going - I need you out ahead of me! The mountains here are beautiful, especially with the moon rising each night - we've had clear weather and no snow storms which is unusual for these parts. Also, for all the "Friends" at the bar, I sat next to Courtney Cox's table at a restaurant called Grappa. She seemed really cool. I had a great meal and totally destroyed the diet for the week.
