Did you see that with its morning spike the $RUT broke up out of that bull flag on the daily? Good volume on the IWM on that spike.

More importantly with that spike it also went back above that potential ED. I suspect another new high in the daily time frames and at this point is the second ED which looks to be hounding which we can add to the $COMP.

Yes, both are really still in overthrow territory but for now it remains a bullish development.
