Well, actually, Cheney would still receive a citation for not having an "upland bird" permit--lol!

But more to the point, everyone would care. I'd care. I'd much prefer to see Bush receive the impeachment he truly deserves.

Cheney, for all practical purposes, should resign immediately for reasons beyond his bird hunting inability or his failure to get the proper bird hunting permit.
