IMO, Pakistan is already dominated by a equally powerful lobby which is sympathetic to Islamic fundamentalism. Some top military brass supported the kidnapping and murder of Daniel Pearle. The Muslim youth who admitted to killing him took refuge in the house of the top military brass and we have not heard about him any more. When you introduce India in the equation, you should not forget China and as soon as you start to bring China into the equation things become messy. It is pakistan that really needs to be contained. And the US can do that very very easily. But will Bush ever act to contain Pakistan?
