As for windfall profits...why not hit up on the real estate industry, mortgage industry? The ones that benefited a great deal from Clintons 1996 tax cut...one of the most environmentally destructive pieces of legislature ever passed. A nice $500k tax break for people to move to places like Nevada, Ariona and Florida and destroy habitat. A lot of it prime coastal habitat.
