On January 10, 2006, the President has signed into law:
H.R. 3179, the "Junior Duck Stamp Reauthorization Amendments Act of 2005," which reauthorizes and amend the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994

Geez, these guys on the threads below are writing as if Cheney incident never happened. And when it does get mentioned, barely at all, regardless of the fact, it's treated like it's an everyday I-stubbed-my-toe type incident, no problem.
