Bankrate.com might be worth tracking as an indicator of mortgage activity. Plus, I'm shorting the stock - not very successfully so far.

I looked very superficially, have to spend more time. I think prudentbear is within 100 K, and traffic is relatively high right now (I would say, based on these data alone, not a "short and hold time" yet).
