Hey, I think Chappaquiddick was`an accident. Teddy was blasted out of his gourd, really wanted some new skirt, and accidentally drove off a bridge. Then accidentally forgot to call the cops until yhe next day when he was sober.

There is a difference though. Someone died at Chappaquiddick. And Teddy did not even get his license lifted for one day, much less jail time.
