What a Dick Cheney is. Shooting somebody wearing an orange jacket is pathetic. I suppose he was drunk in charge since they wouldn't let the Sheriff near him. That's a bit like Iraq. Running around the place, guns blazing at the slightest movement, shooting innocent bystanders while hunting Al Quail. Got Tillman, and a lot of others, so it's not as though they only get Arabs. Maybe Cheney fancied himself as a heart surgeon, having some experience in heart surgery. A pellet lodged in the target's heart and he has had a mild heart attack, presumably as a result.
