Quit lying to the thread. If you want to accuse someone in a fatal accident of murder, the much more compelling case would be Laura Bush. Kennedy was only guilty of stupidity. Like Dick Cheney. But Cheney is guilty of massive crimes outside his shooting fiasco. He deserves a unanimous vote in congress to impeach, and to be indicted in several major investigations as well. of course we still don't even have an investigation into the mammoth energy gouging or the WMD lies prior to invading Iraq.
