many thanx .. you are right, I usually don't invest in Bigcaps, however I often like to listen what executive people have to say at these firms - mostly indicative of what's going on inthe entire industry.

So, McClendon's remarks seem right on track IMHO and I agree with all he said. his remarks about E&P versus service firms is particularly astute and in hindsight it's obvious: only E&P firms can harvest "Ricardian Rents" in the mid to long term..
