Yes, I read that but I think those are all secondary issues when it comes to a "sense of judgement" with a VP. He has a very poor sense of judgement. The $7 stamp issue and everything pales in front of his failure to remain within the law. he failed to inform the police in a timely manner. Instead he tried to hide behind the "priviledge of the VP" excuse. And that is deplorable.
