A ticket for shooting a person by accident. No different than giving a ticket to the guy driving behind you that hits your car by accident. It's as simple as that. And the issue is NOT Cheney, but creating a safe America for hikers. People that shoot people by accident should be issued a ticket. If you want to get political, ask yourself this - I thought you said Republicans are for accountability? The issue is NOT Cheney, but creating a safe America for hikers.
