How is your market today compared to when you first announced in the early fall, if I recall, that DC inventory was building up at a rapid clip?

Mine in Florida seems to have fallen of the cliff since that time.. In late summer it had been as strong as ever. 30% appreciation per year and everything on the market snapped up in a matter of days.
