A millionaire has a picnic and provides beer but only makes 2 available. I wasn't born yesterday. If there was beer there was plenty of it and she said there was beer. I am more inclined to believe that she knows for sure who was drinking and also if she even thought that cheney hadn't had anything to drink she would have said he wasn't drinking in no uncertain terms.
