It's worth noting what prompted that response by Pumpty was a post containing his prediction that PLNI would release "2003 and 2004 financials before the 14th, and 2005 financials before the 23rd." The 14th of Feb came and went with no release of any financial statements. No wonder he's driven to threatening legal action to shut up the unwanted reposting of his 10 Feb predictions. Now the nail-biting drama continues as we await 23 Feb. Will the financials be released? Will Cheney's hunting license be revoked?
