Agree.

PAT is a "one project" company. No diversification effect.

So any good news on their joint-venture generates more fluctuation on PAT share price than on RIC share price.

If the net discounted cash flows from their joint-venture project doubles, PAT share price will double, but not RIC share price.

That's why I picked PAT long time ago.
