Palestinians got most of the Palestine but that was not enough.... First, they were given more than 50% initially, but they were not given most of Palestine. Secondly, The Israelis got the better part of the deal......good ports on the Mediterranean, the mts in the north with their water and valleys for growing crops and the major cities which were fairly small back then but still, they were centers of commerce.and if you think that is about Israel then you are mistaken that is about hating jews that pre-date Israel here is some reading for you Yes, the Palestinians made quite clear to the Brits that they did not like the Zionist interlopers and fought them for most of the first half of the 20th century. Eventually, it got to the point where the Brits thought the whole idea of Israel was a bad one. About that time is when the Zionist terrorists blew up the King David hotel in Jerusalem. It was at that point two things happened.......the US persuaded the Brits to turn the Palestine Mandate over to the UN and then news of the Holocaust became more well known. The combination of the two allowed the US to get Israel through the UN. Maybe if the Zionists had listened to people who had said that Israel was a bad idea.....at least in Palestine.......there wouldn't this fight between Arabs and Jews. BTW I asked you before........why did the Brits let the Zionists emigrate to Palestine? As for the article you posted, yes, the Arabs fought the Zionists. The Zionists were hell bent on taking over.........that was possible in part by the deal they cut with the Brits up above and with the money fueled by Europe. You would have done the same if a foreign group came in to Denver and tried to take over.
