Irony alert: SCHEDULE FOR THE LOUISIANA HISTORICAL SOCIETY Monthly Lectures and Programs Programs 2005-2006 BECAUSE OF HURRICANE KATRINA, THE FALL 2005 PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. THEY WILL BE RESCHEDULED IN FUTURE. THE TRANSFER CEREMONY SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 18, 2005 IS STILL UNDER CONSIDERATION. THE BATTLE OF NEW ORLEANS DINNER WILL BE HELD.
