That was never my point. Which you still do not understand. Read the original posts which clearly state the point I was making.

The essence of my point is:
Abortion clinics that have to maintain OR standards are too expensive to be placed in sufficient numbers in the areas where they are needed.

The essence of your point is:
Have all abortions in hospitals with OR standards.

The problem is clear.
