Thanks. ALAN: My take is that there are a bunch of pending contracts out there requiring govt. approval, which just takes longer than private sector. They all have the potential to be substantial with about a 10% recurring revenue, plus custom applications. Any announcements of contracts, any announcements of Federal hearings regarding federal prison system, any play on RFID stocks or small caps, could move the stock. Hopefully in a basing process here. Technicals do not look that bad here. Not going to bounce to .85 in a day or too IMO, however. They have 6 months or so to get above a buck and if not, well the obvious. I think they think it's going to happen. JMO.
