As you agreed there will be some asset/debt deflation. This thread is about bubble in credit so people like to discuss asset/debt deflation. You are very concentrated on inflation in consumables. Try to think about the effects of asset/debt deflation. IMO the effects will reduce the consumers' buying power which in turn will prevent big price increases in consumables.
