Did you happen to see kristoffs call for a timetable in yesterdays ny times. I have been banging the table for that for so long now that your withdraw now and fuckem strategy is beginning to dovetail with my original dates. If the current PM stays, i think the hopes for a positive outcome go down the tubes--same as with iranian new pres and hamas in gaza. We are heading for a wider war in the mideast in some cases fought by proxies--israel vs syria, hiz and palestine. I dont think that is our fault but we need to extricate from iraq if we are to have any policy except containment of a regime seems eager to have, threaten with and perhaps use nukes.
