You cooked it too hard then. You have to go easy on game, because it has very little fat. You can't cook it like beef or chicken.

I like all kinds of food and one of my favorite beverages is buttermilk, so I'm not finicky about eating at all.

Game is too gamey tasting for me too. I don't care for fish for the same reason.......too fishy. Come to think of it, I sure have been eating a lot of pasta lately!
