Speaking of a-holes, I'm replying to a post by one. You were there so you know for a fact it wasn't an accident? Well, speaking of negligence, you're guilty of more than a little yourself in that case. You should have presented your evidence to the law enforcement authorities well before this. Or are you simply releasing pent up pressure through that a-hole?

"It was negligence. Cheney is an a-hole, and so are his supporters." How do you define accident as opposed to negligence? Is it negligent to drink and drive? Sure. But what if you are on your cell phone or drinking a coffee while driving? Not breaking the law in most states but causes accidents. You tell me how cheney was negligent and i will listen. Example if he was impaired i can see your point.
