I went back as far as my grandfather status allows, all the way to Uncle Fester is up on his Sterno-box and TALKING TO HIMSELF again! and I actually found one good idea: The Russians are having good success with the flat tax.

So I stand corrected a teensy little bit.

I have posted what I believe to be 'better plans' LOTS of TIMES for a *variety* of problems
