Whether the O/S are diluted to 500 million or 1 billion doesn't matter as much to me as them getting the wells online and the NG flowing. When revenues ramp up they can always restructure the shares and reduce the O/S and the float.

This is your statement. It makes no sense. It's like buying a car and saying you don't care if it costs $50,000 or $100,000 because if you get to drive it for awhile, you'll go back to the dealer and ask him to reduce the price.

You ARE dreaming.

They are not going to give you back anything.

They've been taking care of themselves, all the while the share price has been tanking. More shares. Lower conversion prices, lower strike prices.

Are you seeing a pattern yet?

It all translates into a tanking stock.

THAT'S WHY THE STOCK PRICE IS TANKING!!!!

Do you seriously think that you'll be cashing out at a dollar?

What will the company be worth then?

Pick a number of fully diluted shares - how many billions

x $1 and you're going to be pretty close to the biggest oil companies in the world.

You and I both know that the solution is going to be reducing shares. If you think they are going to cut their shares, you are in "la la" land. Instead, you will likely see the proverbial and dreaded r/s.

It's called screwing your shareholders.

You're not investing, you admit that. But I think you're not even gambling.

When I buy a penny stock, I at least try to get a handle on the capital structure. You admit you don't even care.

Your gambling is going into the casino, giving your money to the first person you see, telling him that you'll be back in a few months and please bet for you. You trust him because you tell him you'll let him take a fair fee out of your winnings.
