it's obvious politicians cannot or will not balance a budget

wasn't there "a have to balance the budget" bill passed?

and ignored

I vote to take the budget balancing act out of politicians hands and hand it over to a non-pork, non-partisan, non-political affiliated, non- susceptible to lobbyists group of american economists and accountants

a group some what like the federal reserve
