Actually, Darwin didn't take into account the intelligence of human beings. In America the average person has the brain power of a cabbage. We are producing an abundance of humans that will far outstrip our resources to support them. The more babies produced, the more goods and services can be sold to them. This in turn supports the military industrial complex. The Europeans are more interested in the quality of life so they are producing fewer babies. They produce what they can support and care for. What this country needs is zero population growth or ZPG. The quality of life here is one of the worse outside of the third world. But our tanks keep rolling along. Shades of Orwell's "1984". Better stop here. Big Brother could be watching. jon
