Lots of luck !!.... Would certainly be waaay beyond me to ever hope to arrive at such an understanding..

.....and not very confident that any of the great expertise available in business, banking, and Government could ever reach such an understanding.........IMHO.....Would be an historic FIRST !!......LOL
