Bush was warned one month before 9-11 about impending terrorist attacks inside the US using airplanes as weapons. He did not even make one phonecall to stop it. Clinton fired 150 Cruise Missiles at Osama Bin Lauden and had a Pakistani hit team training to go into Afghanistan and kill him. Bush disbanded the hit team when he cheated to get into power. Bush disbanded all counter-terror units affecting Al Qaida and did not replace them with anything. Clinton stopped the 1999 LAX bombing. Bush has not stopped anything.
