The fastest refresh rate on this monitor is 75. There are no higher selections available. Did you just type in those higher settings? And they worked?

My second monitor was defaulted at 60 and the highest setting available over there is 72, which I selected. I can see a slight increase in speed, but not much.

I wonder if 200 just puts in some default max. I don't know that monitors can handle that type of refresh rate. Some don't handle 75. Its even possible to damage your monitor from giving it a refresh rate that it can't handle, however many drivers either lock out some rates or require you to explicitly change things to show unsupported rates.
