Only if you consider Wolfowitz as a zionist. 9/11 was a plan by Cheney and his friends to get Al Qaeda to pull off a hyjacking so they could press for increased powers and attack Iraq. They called it a "New Pearl Harbor" in their published plans. The trouble is they got more hyjackings and a lot more carnage than they planned for, and so had to take a diversion into Afganistan. The worst part is that after they started the war they wanted, they lost it! TP
