The co is scheduled to report Friday morning, with analysts expecting EPS of -$0.22 and revs of $75.79 mln. Sanders Morris Harris expects a positive tone on the call, centered on the following four talking points: 1. Improvements - They calculate that Sirius achieved 54% retail market share in Q4 2005 of gross additions, up sequentially from 40% share in Q3. Furthermore, they expect Q4 revenue to beat consensus 2. Howard Stern - They calculate that Howard Stern added 360,000 subs at Sirius in Q4 2005. They expect another 250,000 additions from Stern in Q1 2006. 3. S.A.C - They expect Q4 2005 S.A.C to come in lower than Street expectations. They model $113, versus consensus of $121. 4. Guidance - They firm expects 2006 sub guidance to be raised. The firm notes guidance is for 6.0 mln subs at year's end, while they model 6.5 mln. Click here for technical levels of interest.
