100% correct. Dems are in self destruct mode. Hell they made Mrs. Alito cry and Teddy did lie. And re: Hillary, although a shoe in for the senate and a fave to take NY in the pres election, i can assure you that after gaffes like she made when she referred to the plantation she loses enough voters in NY to reduce numbers and around the nation it will cost her states. If Rudy runs against here in NY for Pres, all bets are off. Rudy should be able to make a strong run in the dem norhtheast with a good chance of taking NY, CT, PA, MI and NJ. If rudy can hold the red states and the evangelical dont sit on their hands, he may be unstoppable in 08. This is the first time i tried to analyse his chances at election, particularly in the NE. They are damn good. The Republicans may do well to replace cheney with Rudy at the appropriate time. mike
