What about exercising economic power. Fighting the battle on the economic front.

All those words of JFK are very good in theory. But economic power is what counts in the end. When George Bush choked off the Al Qaeda money supply, that was a big blow to Al Qaeeda.

Was it necessary to spend all those billions of dollars to go into Iraq? I thought the war on terrorism is a long drawn out war. I thought the war on terrorism is tough since we cannot see the enemy, are not in a position to get a clear view of the enemy.

And then people say that Iraq and Saddam is the enemy in the war or terrorism!

Did you catch the newswires today where the WH supports the idea of the Govt. of Dubai managing 6 of our ports. The Govt. of Dubai (UAE)! The country that harbors terrorists! The country that to this day recognizes the Taliban as the legitimate Govt. of Afghanistan? These are unanswered questions and many of us are left to wonder where this war on terrorism is leading?
