The scum bags you are referring to in penny land are just playing the game the way it is laid out. Hell look at the fully reporting companies like Worldcom and Enron or Kmart. They are no different, just the method used to scam investors out of their money. Every member of SI could do as you asked and it would make no difference as another sucker is born every second. Did you not make any money on VWKM or PLNI? I knew from past history VWKM , as did you, that the were P&Der's, reverse splitter’s , do it again. The trick is for the savvy investor in penny land, learn when to buy, hold and sell them or as the song goes, know when to hold, fold or run.
Some of these companies do deserve better support from us than most, but they are few and far between. My support would be in holding some of their stock long term, BUT, it will be free shares from playing the swings, bounces and runs.

Personally I could care less where VWKM's millions are going. I made money and I thank you Creede for bringing it to my attention. I may play it again as it is on my watch list now.

Until the SEC changes the rules, you are in penny land where fraud, scams, P&D, reverse spits and such happen daily.

"Plain and simply, I reject the notion that I should ever accept blind pump and dumps....they are thieves." True they are thieves but as long as you, an investor, follow the rules set for us, why not make money from it. If there tactics are deal killers for you, why not go play with the large caps. DSU pays a nice healthy dividend of almost 10%.

Sorry, think I'll get of my soap box now and get back to deciding what to sell or buy today..
Selling JKRI, buying maybe nothing today. Got a good P&D to play Creede?

JMHO and I do really like your style Creede , but penny land is the home of they shysters, gangsters, crooks, and other assorted riffraff.

Carl

I understand your frustrations, but again, these are the rules in this venue, good or bad, and no matter if you or I like them...It's pennyland....we either know the rules and play or dont.....

<<How about this plan...a team of like minded investors are banding together to send all penny stocks a message. That they must have a transparent TA, or we aren't going to swallow their story. Also, if they lie to us we leave. >>

Sounds good, but will never take....only the higher authorities will be able to stop things such as naked shorting, companies with no numbers and etc, etc, etc, etc....And no matter how many people you find that will do as you say...not buy companies because of the reasons you state..there will always be 2 more that will buy/sell that stock....it's a noble idea, but again, the rules in pennyland are simple..and that is there are basically very few rules <g>...deceit is more common then uncommon...nothing you or I can do about it...bashing on a board does nothing....if we dont like the rules as they are we have 2 choices...dont play the game or get a job in the SEC, or run for office or something and work to change the rules....
