They also have a bill in a sub-committee which would appeal the 22nd amendment if ratified. It was proposed right before juniors popularity started the big downhill slide it's still in. They won't even consider trying to get it to a floor vote as long as he is as unpopular as he is now.

The 22nd amendment says a president can only serve 2 terms. If repealed Clinton could run again.

Yeah, who would teach it? They would have to go before a Senate committee just like the Supreme Court committee and be "tried" by those oh so ethical people we have in power.
