10:13 XMSR XM Satellite downgraded to Average from Above Average at Caris (23.29 -0.69) -Update- Caris downgrades XMSR to Average from Above Average saying the rise in expense that caused XM's significant 4Q earnings miss is not likely to reverse over the short term as SIRI's adds competitive pressure with high-priced talent. They say even if XM management reins in spending, revenue growth is likely to stall, so EPS losses may lessen, but not as much as they had anticipated.
