Did XM count them as customers?.......Yep

Did they deactivate?.........Yep

Are they customers anymore?.....Nope

Wouldn't a smart investor want to know this?.......Yep

I can understand why you don't care.

I think you are starting to get the picture.

Any investor in a company should demand Crystal Clear data and information from Management. If management is not willing to provide this data. Then it should send you a very big warning message about your investments in these companies.

Sticking you head in the ground and claiming that it is "acceptable" to continue these practices is the sign of an investor who is un-willing to decouple their emotional bond with a company, and their financial fiduciary duty to the family.
