I'd say that that translates into an "..information lock-down.." ahead of News and filings. ...IMHO, Uncle Jim & Bubba Willy have every intention of shoving a golden brick up the bashers' exhaust ports - sideways - in the very near future. Obviously the principles of PLNI are speaking only to the principles of the divisions and Big Apple to keep the Genie in the bottle until it's time to fly the corporate carpet the way Steve Fossett recently flew the GlobalFlyer.
