If you took an audio output of a satellite radio device and used it as an input into a sound card on a Windows Media Center PC, you should be able to publish that as a media stream. A Windows Media Center Extender would be able to access that stream. There are other solutions.

I could just feed the output into your home audio system and use it to play all over my house. Some people have intercoms that have audio inputs.

It will be nice when someone makes a multichannel satellite radio receiver.
