LIAR. Abramoff gave no money to democrats. Not a dime. Whichever rightwing site posted that garbage is totally full of it and trying to cover up for dastardly thieves and schemers who have turned our congress into a mafia. You should apologize to the thread for lying. The contributions the RNC is refering to were perfectly legal and from tribes and law firms which also did business with Abramoff, but that doesn't mean Abramoff had any connection to any of those democrats. Some law firms and tribes give to both parties. In fact tribes have traditionally given to democrats much more than Repubs. But Abramoff came in to swipe those dollars and used dozens of GOP heavy-weights to sell him legislation. That is called bribery and corruption and Abramoff has already pled guilty to it. Not a single democrat took any part in Abramoff's operations.

ABRAMOFF had nothing to do with democrats and vice versa. That old article you posted is very inaccurate. Here is the raw data of all money given by ABRAMOFF to politicians in the last election cycle. You can see every single dollar goes to rightwing Republicans. politicalmoneyline.com check any election cycle you want, in fact. Abramoff is a dyed in the wool republican rightwinger and never gives money to Dems. Do searches on this NON-PARTISAN website to try to find a single dollar ABRAMOFF ever gave dems. You won't find one.

Bush wants to put 6 major US ports under Arab ownership. You tell me this is a president who is "strong on national defense". He's strong on war-spending and helping Halliburton and Exxon, but he's very weak on caring for our security and doing anything about it. The bi-partisan 9-11 Commission recently gave Bush an "F" on the most important aspects of HS. And look at Katrina too. Bush was totally AWOL. Not to mention the fact Bush and all his people are so corrupt and dishonest. Plus inept and secretive. How the hell can you support politicians like this? Whose side are you on? Abu Dubai's?
