Wow,you do see where they are coming from!As Satan said "you too can be like God"Its amazing how much around us is summarized by this statementAs long as they look good in their own eyes and Joe Publics what do they really care about the mid or long term results.Wether you believe the Bible or not they had along time to ponder on the base nature of man, and they got it right.

Playing the devil's advocate here. So are fiscal conservatives doing good in the sight of "the Lord"? You can say conservatives are trying to do what's fair, because they think they are doing good, which only they know. Why is the lord on the side of fiscal conservatism? Really don't get the biblical reference. It can cut both ways. Isn't it right to be fiscally conservative in most cases because a case can be made that it just makes more sense?
