When perception of reality is clearly at odds with reality, a reasonable person changes their perceptions to match reality. It's that simple. Your 'Cheney is an incompetent hunter' meme is a perfect example. Your reality consisted of baseless opinions, misrepresentations of fact & the application of rigid standards of absolute perfection to determine competence for someone you have a strong bias against to begin with. When confronted with facts & credible evidence that was at complete odds with your perception of reality, you rejected them & insisted on clinging you your now proven faulty perception of reality. Now I'm pretty sure I'm being reasonable, open minded, logical, honest & most of all reality based. Can you say the same?
