You're confusing CPGA with Churn. Unrelated. COST PER GROSS ADD.

???? How to you come to that conclusion.. An interesting statement from the person I had to teach what the terms CPGA and CHURN ment 4 years ago.

Again...

CPGA is supposed to be the total costs of acquiring a new subscriber divided by the number of Gross Additions. XM counts "trial subscribers" as actual "subscribers".

Seems crystal clear to me. Are you haveing comprehension problems?

It is interesting that SIRI's CPGA isn't even close to what XM's was at 3M subs. But you didn't explain it.

Not interested in any SIRI vs. XMSR debates. Not my thing. Just bad subscriber models.
