The most vociferous criticisms of Mr Lawrence's ideas have come from Nancy Hopkins, a professor of biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, who accused him of "mashing together true genetic differences between men and women with old- fashioned stereotypes. In so doing, he perpetuates the very problem he is trying to address about why so few women get to the top in science".

It is the mashing together of truth and bias that is the problem.

Some of the bias is unintentional. You, Karen, and MSM are examples of unintentional bias. Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, Hannity, Fox News and the scattered nut jobs on the left are examples of intentional bias.

The scattered nut jobs on the left are mostly that - scattered.

The right on the other hand are more cohesive. They are more likely to sing from the same page. They have a clear agenda. The are out to remake America. Their vision of America has clear winners and losers. Anyone not subscribing to this vision of America will be losers - if not punished outright.

At one time, children went to college to seek the truth. That appears to be more difficult over time - as the people who already know the truth would try to prevent people from seeking truths other than what is already known.
