95% OFF A CLIFF Title above and text below in Anthony's own words SI Bob Tonto and all, This past Friday, the new prosecutor filed the government's response to our challenge of their forfeiture numbers of nearly $12 million dollars. The previous prosecutor, Mr. Breen, had claimed this figure represented all my "illegal" gains. These alleged gains that he wanted have now plummeted by 95% to less than $671,000 for all the convicted stocks, for all 9 people. Of this amount, Mr. Daws made 70% at $449,649.00, I made $216,000 and the remaining $4,000 is split among the other 7 alleged "co-conspirators." Mr. Daws, who is white, American, didn't assist, didn't cooperate and fought tooth and nail, will be allowed to keep over 1/2 his money, and give up only $200,000, plus he will do no more than 18 months of incarceration. My gains of $216,000 are allegedly comprised of $56,000 in "inside trading" in four (4) stocks, ( SEVU, PLMD, OSIN, and JUNM) and $160,000 from an alleged "extortion" of NSOL, however even these numbers are wrong. Although I certainly do not believe that I earned any illegal money, the correct figure for these five (5) stocks would be $171,349.00 The government offers other calculations it hopes can be used to bolster their sentencing request, but they include stocks like BGII, for which I was never charged, and stocks like SLPH and FLOR, for which I was acquitted of any wrongdoing. In any event, they are STILL seeking LIFE for me. I have so many things to say and so much blazing around in my head right now that I think it's best that I say nothing for a while. Stay tuned.
