The premise of your post was explaining WHY SIRI cannot get their CPGA down to the level of XM's. And your explanation didn't explain it or anything else.

Your associated costs with OEM subscriber adds will be smaller than retial adds. XM has more OEM adds, than that of SIRI. Costs divided by Gross Adds gives CPGA. More OEM, lower CPGA.
